The 4 Point Breath

Our body is always trying to do its best for us. Sometimes our nervous system can get stuck in Emergency Mode (a consistent state of anxiety).

This short meditation guides you through noticing your current breath pattern at four different points and then takes you through the steps to reset your breath to calm, allowing nervous system regulation.

Harry the Hare and Teddy the Tortoise

This heartwarming, updated retelling of the classic tortoise and hare story subtly explores the influence of social media and the power of patience, presence, and perspective. While Harry the Hare rushes through life, chasing distractions and seeking validation, Teddy the Tortoise moves with steady intention, discovering beauty, friendship, and fulfillment along the way. When Harry loses himself in his restless pursuits, it’s Teddy’s kindness—not victory—that truly wins the day. This story reminds us that slowing down can lead to richer experiences, and that the journey, not just the destination, is what truly matters.

I am safe - Body Scan

Our body is always trying to do its best for us. It makes so many decisions out of our awareness, holding tension for us, waiting for that signal that tells the body it is now safe, the danger has passed, you can let the tension go. If this signal does not come, our body continues to hold this tension and before long it is categorised as normal, familiar and it can start to feel unsafe when it tries to let the tension go.

This meditation allows you to start to acknowledge safety and then guides you to connect with your body, noticing areas of tension and relaxation, areas of discomfort and areas of ease.

When our muscles, tendons, fascia, cells etc. are not able to rest, they struggle to find ease. Not enough periods of ease can lead to dis-ease!
