Each week combines education, guided self-reflection, and practice using the Be CARED 4 Framework and the Primary Emotional Map to build emotional fluency and capacity.

- A short reading to ground and connect
- Guided self-reflection using journal prompts
- Group sharing (lottery system for fairness & safety)
- Review of self-paced material for integration

- Breakout practice using the Emotional Map & resonant language (in pairs or solo)
- Closing round of gratitude & group appreciation
