Create Space for Emotional Systems” is a free, 3-hour online introduction workshop on Monday, November 17th, 2025, designed for anyone who struggles with emotional overwhelm, disconnection, or harsh self-criticism—especially those shaped by unpredictable or stressful childhoods. The session introduces body-based and language-based tools to help participants understand and regulate emotions safely. Topics include the three nervous system states, four core needs, eight primary emotions, and resonant language practices for emotional awareness and healing. Participants will engage in guided exercises, self-assessments, and group reflections to build a healthier relationship with their emotions. The workshop also serves as a preview of a 10-week live course starting in January 2026, offering deeper learning in emotional growth, self-compassion, and authentic connection.

Over 10 weeks, you’ll learn to understand, name, and work with your emotions — not against them. Learn to bring warmth and care to every part of yourself, so you can live with more ease, authenticity, and flow.
Through guided practice, body awareness, a Primary Emotional Map and the Be CARED 4 framework, you’ll explore how your emotions, body, and needs work together to guide healing and connection.
