📅 Monday, November 17th, 2025
🕔 5:00 PM GMT | 9:00 AM Pacific | 12:00 PM Eastern | 6:00 PM Central Europe
In this live, interactive session, you’ll begin exploring how emotions connect with each other, your nervous system, and your core needs using a visual emotional map.
Who This Workshop Is For
Have you been shaped by not enough care in your childhood?
Were your emotions shamed, shunned or shouted down?
Is your nervous system easily activated by these past memories?
This workshop could be for you if now, as an adult:
- Emotions feel confusing, overwhelming, or out of reach
- Your body still remembers those past moments when emotional expression was not welcomed
- You can be easily activated and people accuse you of being ‘too sensitive’ or ‘insensitive’
- Old patterns keep you stuck
- A harsh inner critic dominates your inner world
- And self-care feels impossible and more like a task than a relaxing experience.
- It also helps if you value growth and healing
- And you long for authentic relationships
If this sounds like you, this workshop is your first step toward building a new relationship with your Nervous System, Needs and Emotional Systems.
